South Community is committed to improving the quality of life and whole person health status of children, adults and families by providing a dynamic continuum of integrated behavioral healthcare services and health-promoting resources for our consumers and the community we serve.

South Community Behavioral Health is now a Primary Health Solutions Company

Primary Health Solutions is a community-based healthcare organization that provides primary care, behavioral health, dental, pharmacy and other supportive services across Southwest Ohio. This transition reflects a shared commitment to expanding access to care and strengthening integrated health services throughout the region.
