Continuum of Care for Adults
Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment
South Community offers an Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment Program (IDDT) for adults with a co-occurring substance abuse and severe mental illness. IDDT is a recovery focused, evidence based practice that seeks to improve the quality of life for persons with co-occurring disorders by integrating substance abuse services and mental health treatment.
Services are provided by a multi-disciplinary team and are tailored to meet the individual needs of the consumer and family. Services include pharmacological, psychological, educational and social interventions. South Community Behavioral Health also sponsors a Dual Recovery Anonymous Group.
