P3: Positive Prevention Programing​ is a grant funded program that supports Montgomery County schools by providing prevention messaging, services, and community resources to support the mental health of students in both virtual and traditional educational settings.

Signs of Suicide (SOS)​ presentations for youth – This evidence-based program by Mindwise teaches students how to identify and respond to signs of depression and suicide in themselves and their peers utilizing the acronym ACT: Acknowledge, Care,Tell. This program includes a brief screening for depression when offered in person, along with follow-up 1-1 brief interventions and referrals as appropriate.

#ICANHELP – A peer-to-peer leadership model that builds and promotes positive, responsible social media use in kids and teens. Prevention Specialists partner with their schools to provide education and activities from the #ICANHELP Student Curriculum to help youth connect online behavior with offline thoughts and feelings encouraging deep thought and positive change.
