| Position Description: | Conduct tours of YPH program and building and facilitate diagnostic assessments for population served. The principle responsibilities of this position are to assess and screen potential clients for the YPH Program. This person may diagnose and treat emotional and behavioral problems under supervision by licensure. This person is responsible for the clinical record and collaboration with other providers to provide comprehensive and client-focused care. Youth experience preferred. This is a part-time 20 hours per week. |
| Minimum Qualifications: | Master’s degree in a related Mental Health field, Licensure by State of Ohio CSWMFT Board of Ohio. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle check and drug screen. |
