Position Description:

Equip staff with knowledge to carry out work-related tasks and help them to fulfill requirements of the agency with on-going, long-term improvement of employees’ skills. Identify training/development needs within the organization through collaboration with managers, supervisors, directors of SCI and the HR, Quality and IT Departments. Design and deliver training and development program based on the needs of the organization through a variety of teaching methods, i.e., PowerPoint, e-Learning, one-on-one, along with production of training materials for in-house courses. Work with Staff Development lead to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in the organization, such as direct service and administrative personnel. Develop effective on-boarding program for new employees and on-going learning plans based on job functions. Will report to the Chief of Quality Improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related field with 3-5 years relevant experience. Must have good follow-through, great communication and training skills. Successful candidate must be able to pass background check and drug testing.
