| Position Description: | This 10 month, full-time position will provide individual and group therapy to students with mental health services identified on their IEP at FairmontHigh School in Kettering. Provide consultation with psychiatrist and CPSS, collaboration with ED intervention specialist, unit principal and special education supervisors and participation in school meetings. Completion of DA, client orientation, ISP development and review and completion of episodes within agency guidelines required. |
| Minimum Qualifications: | Master’s level Ohio Licensure with CSWMFT Board. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle check and drug screen.
