| Position Description: | Full-time position acts as primary processor of entering, auditing and tracking the Client Financial Packets daily, checking eligibility and completing MACSIS UCI forms and involves participation in Revenue Cycle functions, including insurance billing, claim follow-up and reconciling 3rd party insurance payments. |
| Minimum Qualifications: | High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years experience in healthcare setting including billing, adjudication, follow-up, denials, appeals and patient collections; 5+ years experience in revenue cycle functions with Managed Care, Medicare and Medicaid and commercial payers; mastery of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Excel; positive and proactive attitude; organized, detail oriented and analytical, ability to prioritize and multitask; strong communication skills both verbal and written; goal oriented; ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and contribute to the Agency with innovative ideas, efficiency, process improvement and ethical behavior. Must be able to pass background check and drug testing. |
