Position Description:

This is a full-time position under the direct supervision of the Youth/Adolescent Community Psychiatric Support Treatment (CPST) Program Manager. Responsibilities include providing CPST interventions to youth/adolescent clients and their families, general administrative and clinical supervisory duties. The CSPT Team Leader will assist in providing leadership and direction to CPST staff in their daily operations and act as clinical and administrative backup during the Program Manager’s absence. This position will include review and sign off on clinical documentation, including episodes and chart elements contained in the electronic health record, as applicable, as well as review and completion of clinical record audits. This CPST Team Lead will act as a liaison of South Community, Inc. to all outside agencies and community partners. The CPST Team Leader will demonstrate time management skills, the ability to work independently in a community setting, and strong written and verbal communication skills. The CPST Team Leader will demonstrate adherence to all South Community Policies and Procedures and will follow all guidelines set forth by the agency and direct supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

Require Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and Ohio licensure as an LISW or LPCC by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy Board. Must have supervisor’s endorsement and at least two years’ experience providing mental health services. Experience with youth/adolescents is a plus. Candidate must have reliable transportation, valid Ohio driver’s license and full auto insurance coverage. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
