| Minimum Qualifications: | Psychiatrists, M.D., D.O., or mid-level practitioners (CNP/PA) licensed and with prescribing authority in Ohio. An interest in dual diagnosis or chemical dependency treatment is a plus. Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle check and drug screen. |
