This is a full-time position at our Kettering Blvd. location. This position is responsible for greeting clients, visitors and staff; opening client records, taking time of service payments, performing data entry and document generation for clinical staff as needed; maintaining and managing clinical staff scheduling tasks, completing scanning and other EHR activities. Also responsible for providing coverage as part of the VOIP phone queue, assuring callers receive prompt, courteous and helpful service.
Require high school diploma or equivalent with attention to detail. Good organizational skills, computer skills and people skills a must. Must be able to pass background check and drug screen. Some knowledge of AoD and/or mental health services is a plus.
