Community Intervention Program for Adults


A specialized community psychiatric support program (CPS)  that provides services to severely mentally disabled adults with significant health problems. In order to be eligible for the program, a consumer must first have a significant physical health diagnosis. This program is designed and committed to assisting consumers in maintaining mental and physical stability in the community.

Services provided include referral and linkage to:

  • Community Resources
  • Medical Resources
  • Psychiatric Services
  • Individual and Group Counseling

Staffed by team of community psychiatric support specialists and workers, together assisting to maintain stability for the consumer in the community.
