| Position Description: | Provide coordination and ongoing assessment of needs of children and families by developing and monitoring overall service delivery, including medication management. Provide intervention and collaborate with medical staff and various community agencies to assist children and families in reaching mental health goals. |
| Minimum Qualifications: | Associates or Bachelor’s degree in the human services field is required. Experience providing services for children and families preferred. Access to an operational vehicle, proof of full coverage insurance and valid driver’s license with no more than 3 points required. Must be able to pass background check and drug screen. |
