Job: Youth Care Specialist

Provide coordination and ongoing assessment of needs of children and families by developing and monitoring overall service delivery, including medication management. Will Require Home Visits and in
school settings, provide intervention and collaborate with medical staff and various community agencies to assist children and families in reaching mental health goals.

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in human service field; Ohio license preferred; experience providing services to children and families preferred; access to an operational vehicle with full coverage insurance required; Applicant must have valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.  Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle check and drug screen.
