| Position Description: | This is a full time position under the supervision of the Foster Care Program Manager. Primarily responsible for recruiting foster parents and in completing licensure requirements for foster parents with the Archway Network, along with the training of the foster parents and doing placements of children in the foster homes. Other duties include recruitment, licensing, recertification, training of treatment foster homes, placements of children in the foster homes. To provide intervention, diagnostic assessments and updates.

| Minimum Qualifications: | Bachelor’s degree in the human services field, experience in providing services to families and children are preferred. Adoption Assessor Certification required. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle check and drug screen |
