Position Description:

Full time position to greet visitors and staff, as part of the VOIP phone queue, assure callers receive prompt, courteous and helpful service. Schedule clients, collect time of service co-pays and ensure front desk coverage. Complete scanning and other EHR activities. Support a sizeable remote team of clinicians and provide prompt service to their requests and inquiries.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills; the ability to work across departmental areas in a team-oriented environment; and possess a working knowledge of Excel and Word applications. Prior front office experience preferred.
