Position Description:

This secretarial position reports directly to the Practice Manager for Integrated Services and is a full time position.  This position is responsible for the opening and closing of the practice setting, reception at the front window, setting up patient demographics, answering the phone, greeting and scheduling clients, scanning, data entry and other central operator duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma; qualifications include strong organizational and communication skills, attention to details, ability to work in a team environment, typing and data entry skills.  Good organizational skills and good communication skills a must.  Knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is plus.  Excellent Customer services skills required.
