| Position Description: | Coordinate revenue cycle monitoring and reporting processes to assure accurate Net Revenue reporting, budgeting, and optimization of cash flow and Net Revenue potential. Provide a revenue cycle connection between CATT (EMR) and MAS 200 (G/L). Participate in the period end closing process. Reconcile Revenues/Accounts Receivable on a monthly basis by payor. Coordinate company credentialing activities, Work closely with the CFO, Controller, and Program Directors to create a yearly Annual Operational Plan. |
| Minimum Qualifications: | Associates degree and/or medical coding certification a plus job relevant college credits, three years related experience in revenue cycle and medical coding related activities in a healthcare setting. Requires excellent analytical and organizational skills; especially regarding attention to detail in all aspects of accounting. Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle check and drug screen. |
