| Position Description: | New program to provide court-based services on-site and include behavioral health screenings, comprehensive diagnostic assessments as indicated for mental health and/or substance related issues and psychiatric services. This position is a part time Psychiatrist/Mid Level Practitioner to work 20 hours/week on-site at Juvenile Justice Center to provide psychiatric services by means of evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring and documentation. |
| Minimum Qualifications: | Require M.D. or D.O. with active license to practice in Ohio. Must be Board certified or Board eligible or licensed Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP or Physician Assistant Certified (PAC) with certificate to prescribe under supervising physician. Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle check and drug sc An Interest in dual diagnosis or chemical dependency treatment will be given preference. Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle check and drug screen. |
