Job: Program Manager – Children Matter Program

Full time position that is responsible for the development, training, coordination and evaluation of the program.  This position is primarily responsible for the administrative management and clinical supervision of Child Advocates and an Outcome Specialist who will directly serve youth ages 5-14 who have an emotional, social-emotional, behavioral or mental disorder for at least one year and are involved in multiple child serving systems.  The Program Manager will oversee program operations and will assure the fidelity of the staff utilizing the Milwaukee Wraparound Model and Trauma Informed Care Model to meet the multiple needs of the children and families served.  This is a program management position that will lead and manage the Children Matter

Must be licensed as an LISW-S or LPCC-S by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board and must have supervisor’s endorsement.  Must also have equivalent Master’s Degree from an accredited College or University and must have at least 2 years experience providing children’s mental health services and must have experience with community systems that service youth and families. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.  Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle check and drug screen.
