Position Description:

Provide administrative and clinical oversight to the Caring for Kids Program. Caring For Kids is a 24/7 program that provides screening, assessment and other court-based services for Montgomery County Juvenile Court Juvenile Justice Center and Juvenile Court Probation. Duties include clinical supervision and consultation, management of the daily operations of the program, coordinating schedules, monitoring service provision, and acting as a liaison between South Community and Montgomery County Juvenile Court Juvenile Justice Center. This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to nurture strong partnerships and collaborate across systems, and the ability to manage in a high stress, crisis environment. Youth, Diagnostic Assessment, and AOD experience also required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s level Independent Licensure with Ohio CSWMFT Board required, and Supervision endorsement preferred. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle check and drug screen.
