| Position Description: | This is a full-time position in our Medical Services Department under the direction of the Medical Director with supervision from the Integrated Service Practice Manager. This position will focus on nursing triage: providing support, coordination and monitoring of clients’ needs. The position will include facilitation of prior authorizations, patient assistance and Central Pharmacy, injections, laboratory monitoring and our Nurse Line. This position will provide a coverage component to nursing schedules as indicated. |
| Minimum Qualifications: | State of Ohio Nursing License. Experience with community-based treatment in a psychiatric setting with a focus on whole-person care. |
