| Position Description: | This is a full-time position in our Medical Services Department under the direction of the Medical Director with supervision from the Integrated Service Practice Manager. This position will focus on nursing triage: providing support, coordination and monitoring of clients’ needs. This position will provide a coverage component to nursing schedules as indicated and provide supervision support to nurses. Administers injections to clients as directed by agency Psychiatrists. Responds to client calls and inquiries concerning use of medication or medical problems. Facilitates medication calls to pharmacies. Facilitates client flow for daily appointments with providers through efficient collection of relevant medical data and flow of appointments. Perform CLIA waived procedures as indicated. Facilitation of prior authorizations, patient assistance and Central Pharmacy and laboratory monitoring. |
| Minimum Qualifications: | State of Ohio RN Nursing License. Experience with community-based treatment in a psychiatric setting with a focus on whole-person care. |
