| Position Description: | This is a full-time position in our Primary Care Department under the direction of the Medical Director with supervision from the Integrated Service Practice Manager. Provide nursing services in a busy Primary Care office within a behavioral health setting. Attend and participate in various meetings, complete all required documentation with respect to charting, computer programs, track systems, etc. This position will focus on providing support, coordination and monitoring of clients’ needs. The position will include facilitation of prior authorizations, injections, and laboratory monitoring. This position will provide a coverage component to nursing schedules as indicated. |
| Minimum Qualifications: | State of Ohio Nursing License. Experience with community-based treatment in a psychiatric setting, primary care office work with a focus on whole-person care |
