Position Description:

This is a full-time position responsible for supervision, development, training, coordination and monitoring of the support staff for all South Community locations. This position is also operationally responsible for the function and effectiveness of Centralized Scheduling. The individual supervises and provides leadership for support staff regarding customer service, scheduling and electronic records. The Centralized Scheduling and Support Staff Manager coordinates with clinicians, Program Directors and other supervisors, Finance, IT and Administration to ensure an interdepartmental focus in both support and centralized scheduling. The individual in this position reports directly to the Intake Department Program Director and serves on the Leadership Council.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree required. Five years’ experience as Support Staff/Administrative Assistant. Supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of/experience in AoD and/or mental health setting is a plus. Good organizational skills and people skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows as well as office equipment. Effective verbal and written communication presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively and utilize conflict resolution skills effectively. Must have reliable transportation and good driving record and be able to pass background check and drug screen.
