| Position Description: | Part-time (20 hours/week) to assess and screen potential clients for the YPH Program. Diagnose and treat emotional and behavioral problems under supervision by licensure. Responsible for the clinical record and collaboration with other providers to provide comprehensive and client-focused care upon intake to the YPH program. Maintain a referral/wait list for clients interested in the YPH program. Conduct diagnostic assessments or updates, create meaningful individualized service plans and complete other intake documents. |
| Minimum Qualifications: | Masters degree in mental health related field and licensed in the State of Ohio with LPC or LSW. Experience working with youth preferred. Must be able to pass drug screen and background check. |
