Position Description: | Successful candidate will be part of the HR team giving the best possible customer service, providing information about policies and programs. The HR Specialist is responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for all of South Community, including Primary Care and any future entities associated with South Community. He/she supports the HR team with all administrative duties including recruitment (including social media), promoting job positions. This position reports directly to the HR Director. |
Minimum Qualifications: | Bachelor’s degree in related field with 3-5 years relevant experience. Candidate must have excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), good time management in a fast-paced environment and a high level of interpersonal skills. Candidate must have prior experience with payroll processing, preferably ADP. Successful candidate must also be able to pass back-ground check and drug testing. |
