| Position Description: | This full-time (10 month) school-schedule school-based therapist located in the Huber Heights School District, Monticello Elementary School and will serve students identified by the district as ED with mental health needs. Responsibilities will include providing diagnostic assessments, developing Individualized Service Plans (ISP’s) and reviews, conducting individual and group counseling, collaborative documentation, crisis intervention and collaboration with psychiatrist. |
| Minimum Qualifications: | Require Master’s degree in human services field with prior work-related experience. Must be licensed as LSW, LPC or higher in Ohio. The successful candidate must have experience completing diagnostic assessments and be able to function independently in a school environment. Must pass background check and drug screen. |
