Position Description:

This is a full time position under the direct supervision of the Adult Community Psychiatric Support Treatment (CPST) Program Manager.

The general responsibilities of the position are to provide CPST interventions to clients 18 years of age or older who have multiple service needs.  This includes developing mutual working treatment plans with clients and assisting clients in reaching their treatment plan goals.  The secondary responsibilities include providing leadership and direction to CPST staff in their daily operations, to liaison with and inform the CPST Supervisor of team operations and services provided and to represent the Program in the community and to outside agencies.  The Adult CPST Team Leader will demonstrate time management skills, the ability to work independently out in the community and the ability to work in a larger team.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in social work or counseling, with Ohio (LPC/LSW).  Access to an operational vehicle with full coverage insurance and a valid Ohio Driver’s license is required.  Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle check and drug screen.
